Crêpes du Nord serves cooked-to-order traditional French crêpes using local, organic and sustainable ingredients whenever possible. We own and operate Blenheim Hill Farm, a 160-acre eco-farm in upstate New York growing fruits, berries and vegetables, and producing eggs, butter and meats.  Many of the items on the menu comes from our farm.

Our sweet crêpes are made with unprocessed fine-milled wheat and filled with fresh local ingredients.  Savory crêpes are made with organic buckwheat flour.  Any crepe can be made gluten free upon request!
